Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement.
• Experience in leading diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute production plans aligned with demand, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate production staff; foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Ensure products meet quality standards; implement QC processes to minimize defects.
• Allocate resources to meet targets while controlling costs.
• Drive lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols and incident reporting.
• Oversee inventory control to minimize stockouts
• Manage production budgets and identify cost savings
• Generate reports on production metrics and provide improvement insights
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
