Job summary
Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all manufacturing operations, drive efficiency, meet targets, ensure product quality, and safeguard the safety of our workforce. You will lead a diverse team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement.
- Experience in leading diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute production plans aligned with demand, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate production staff; foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Ensure products meet quality standards; implement QC processes to minimize defects.
- Allocate resources to meet targets while controlling costs.
- Drive lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput.
- Promote and enforce safety protocols and incident reporting.
- Oversee inventory control to minimize stockouts
- Manage production budgets and identify cost savings
- Generate reports on production metrics and provide improvement insights
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
