Job summary

PrecisionX is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee scheduling, material flow, and labor allocation to meet customer requirements while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to balance people and process, and a focus on continuous improvement to improve throughput and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing operations leadership.
• Experience in metal stamping or high-volume production preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day production operations on the shop floor.
• Develop and execute production schedules and work orders.
• Manage material flow from receipt through shipping.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive productivity and throughput.
• Lead continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
• Coordinate with Quality, Post-Production, and Production Control.
• Ensure labour reporting and ERP data accuracy.
