Salary starts at $21.80+ per hour and includes shift coverage for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of leadership experience; prior corrugated

Qualifications

• Two years prior leadership experience.
• Preference for corrugated industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Train and cross-train employees on machinery and processes.
• Oversee crews and ensure reliability and on-time performance.
• Coordinate repairs with supervisor and Maintenance Superintendent.
• Conduct weekly Production/Safety meetings.
• Maintain morale and teamwork within the department.
