Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus college and/or appropriate technical courses.
• Five years experience as a proven manager.
• Ten years corrugated manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads all departments in the plant with department supervisors to maintain safety, quality, and efficient production.
• Coordinates production, distribution, and warehousing in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Develops and implements plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.
• Reviews production costs and product quality to maintain profitability and optimize operations.
• Directs preparation of production, human resources and labor/costs records.
• Recommends budgets to management and assists in negotiations of employee contracts.

Education

Five years experience as a proven manager

Ten years corrugated manufacturing experience
