Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a supervisor to lead a crew in corrugated production, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. You will oversee a team of 2–40, communicate standards, and drive continuous improvement in materials handling and maintenance coordination.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED and two years of supervisory experience; preferred is prior corrugated industry exposure and a Lift Truck Operator License.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise approximately 2–40 employees in daily production to meet quality and efficiency targets.
• Maintain quality, efficiency, and production levels; communicate standards to staff.
• Lead weekly Production/Safety meetings and coordinate with supervision on issues.
• Maintain inventories of sheets, inks and converting supplies.
• Enforce corrective actions, train staff, and document performance.
• Promote training and career development; ensure policies and safety programs are followed.
