Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years leadership experience.
• Prior work experience in the corrugated industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Train and cross-train employees on machinery and processes.
• Ensure tools and materials are available for crews to accomplish tasks.
• Oversee crews and ensure they are reliable, dependable, on-time.
• Maintain morale and teamwork; address crew questions and concerns.
• Coordinate with supervisor and Maintenance Superintendent on repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Lead weekly Production/Safety meetings.
• Enforce safety programs and good housekeeping.
• Additional duties as assigned.
