Job summary

Pratt Industries invites you to join our Converting Department in Carlisle, PA as a Production Lead. You will supervise crews, train staff, coordinate tools, materials, and maintenance, and drive safe, efficient production with minimal waste.

You will lead weekly Production/Safety meetings, foster teamwork, and communicate performance across shifts. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of leadership experience; corrugated industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in the corrugated industry is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating manuals.

Responsibilities

• Train and cross-train employees on machinery and processes.
• Ensure tools and materials are available for tasks.
• Oversee crews, ensure reliability and on-time performance.
• Coordinate repairs with supervisors and maintenance.
• Lead weekly Production/Safety meetings.
• Maintain safety compliance and good housekeeping.
