Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years prior leadership experience.
• Prior work experience in the corrugated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training of all new employees and cross-train employees in key positions.
• Train and cross-train employees on machinery and processes.
• Oversee crews to ensure reliability, dependability, and on-time performance.
• Coordinate with supervisor and maintenance on repairs or preventive maintenance.
• Conduct weekly Production/Safety meetings with department staff.
• Implement and enforce company policies, safety programs, and housekeeping.
