Job summary

Niagara Bottling seeks a Production Operator Lead-D to collaborate with the Production Supervisor on daily floor operations. You will help ensure safety, quality, and throughput while complying with all legal and食品 safety requirements.

The role requires 12-hour rotating shifts, with day or night options, and a focus on effective changeovers, material checks, and accurate production reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in field or manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Experience managing people or projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor with daily shift activities to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals.
• Communicate shift handoffs and prepare for oncoming shift.
• Conduct shift walk-throughs for safety and quality compliance.
• Prepare lines for changeovers and inspect materials before use.
• Verify jobs in Oracle and WM systems, and support shift reporting.
• Monitor line downtime and escalate as needed; uphold GMP and food safety standards.
