Niagara Bottling is hiring for a Production Operator Lead to assist the Production Supervisor on the floor, ensuring safety, quality and throughput on a rotating 12-hour schedule. The role emphasizes GMP and food safety compliance and involves coordinating changeovers, raw materials, and line readiness.

Ideal candidates bring 4 years of manufacturing experience with leadership exposure; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for an associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Assists Production Supervisor with daily activities of assigned shift, ensuring safety, quality and throughput.
• Communicates with previous shift regarding challenges and opportunities on the production lines.
• Conducts walkthroughs to verify safety, housekeeping and quality compliance.
• Supports production reports and line downtime analysis.
• Adheres to GMP and Food Safety Standards at all times.
