Qualifications

• Ability to train on packaging equipment and operate lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and line management to ensure on‑time production targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate maintenance triage and shift transitions to minimize downtime.
• Assign labor based on schedule and operator capabilities.
• Field operator questions and escalate as needed to supervisor.
• Perform administrative shift tasks and support packaging lines.
