Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Operator Lead to collaborate with the Production Supervisor on daily production floor operations. The role ensures safety, quality, and throughput while meeting production goals and GMP/food safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating shifts, conducting safety walkthroughs, managing materials, and verifying system data across Oracle, WMS, and Line Management.

Qualifications

• 4 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4 Years - Experience in Position.
• 4 Years - Experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Assists Production Supervisor with daily activities of assigned shift, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Communicates with previous shift regarding challenges and opportunities on the production lines.
• Conducts shift walk-throughs to verify safety, housekeeping, and quality compliance.
• Assists with batching minerals and preparing lines for scheduled changeovers.
• Orders and inspects raw materials for production runs and performs first pass quality checks after changeovers.
• Verifies jobs are correct in Oracle, WMS, and Line Management System.
• Supports hourly and end-of-shift production reports.
