Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Operator Lead to collaborate with the Production Supervisor on daily floor operations. The role ensures safety, quality, and throughput are achieved while complying with food safety requirements.

You will support changeovers, material batching, and quality checks, and you will coordinate with multiple shifts to resolve issues and optimize line performance. This position is on-site at our Indiana facility and requires flexibility for 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise daily production activities while maintaining safety and quality.
• Experience coordinating with multiple shifts and teams is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing instructions and quality checks.

Responsabilités

• Assist Production Supervisor with daily shift operations to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals.
• Communicate with prior shift about challenges and opportunities for production lines.
• Conduct shift walkthroughs to ensure safety, housekeeping, and quality compliance.
• Assist with changeovers, material batching, and material inspections for production runs.
• Verify batch data in ERP/warehouse systems and support end-of-shift reports.
