Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Lead to support the Production Supervisor in daily floor operations. You will help ensure safety, quality, and throughput while coordinating with prior shifts and preparing for changeovers.

The role requires 4 years of manufacturing experience and leadership capabilities; GMP and food safety knowledge are essential. The position follows a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, with full-time commitments on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's Degree is preferred.
• 4 years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4 years experience in the position.
• 4 years experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor with daily shift activities ensuring safety, quality and throughput.
• Communicate with previous shift about challenges and opportunities to prepare the shift.
• Conduct shift walkthroughs to verify safety, housekeeping and quality.
• Assist with batching minerals and preparing lines for changeovers.
• Inspect inputs; ensure correct inventories for production runs.
• Verify jobs in Oracle, WMS, and Line Management System.
• Support supervisor with hourly and end-of-shift production reports.
• Monitor downtime and escalate as per plan.
• Adhere to GMP and Food Safety Standards; maintain attendance.
