Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and supervisory experience or 90 days in service industry.
• Read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Prior work experience in service industry preferred.
• Retail training completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operation and production performance to meet or exceed budget.
• Perform supervisory duties when assigned by store or production managers.
• Act as a positive role model for employees and trainees.
• Produce donated goods in backroom and create a positive public image through a clean store.
• Maintain safe and appropriate conditions in back-room areas.
• Keep store clean and hazard-free, including bathrooms.
• Observe personnel and safety policies to ensure compliance by production associates.
• Be able to perform the duties of production associates.
• Attend scheduled shifts as assigned for the week.

Responsibilities:

Toassistwiththeday-to-daystoreoperationandproductionperformancetomeetorexceedbudgetwhileincompliancewithcompanystandards,policiesandprocedures.AProduction LeadperformsthedutiesofasupervisorwhenassignedbytheStoreManagerorProduction Manager.ProductionLeadsmayactinasupervisorycapacityduringscheduledworkhours.

• 1.Toreachproductiongoalguidelines(minimumof110garmentsperhourwitha minimum quality standard of 90%).
• 2.Toensureproperproductionofdonationsgetprocessedandreadytoputonthestore floor.
• 3.Toactasapositiverolemodelforemployeesandtraineesinallaspectsofprofessionalperformance.
• 4.Toproducedonatedgoodsinthebackroomadequately.Tocreateapositivepublic image of Goodwill through a clean store environment, attractive displays and presentable, personable personnel.
• 5.Tomaintainsafeandappropriateconditions intheback-roomarea.
• 6.Tokeepthestorecleanandhazardfreebyvacuuming,moppinganddusting, (including cleaning the bathrooms).

Requirements:

• 1.HighSchooldiplomaorGEDand6monthssupervisoryexperienceoraminimumof 90 days in the service industry.

• 3.Priorworkexperience intheserviceindustrypreferred.
• 4.MustsuccessfullycompleteRetailtraining.

Working Conditions:

Frequentphysicalexertion,frequentmovement,conditionedindoortemperatureswithoccasional exposure to outdoor temperatures and weather conditions. Alternate work schedule may include working at an attended donation center with no prior notice.
