The role requires supervising duties when assigned, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and a focus on maintaining a safe, attractive store environment and positive staff morale.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory experience or 90 days in the service industry.
• Prior service industry experience preferred.
• Retail training completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reaching production goals monthly and annually; support in contingency plans.
• Interact professionally with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities:

Toassistwiththeday-to-daystoreoperationandproductionperformancetomeetorexceed budgetwhileincompliancewithcompanystandards,policiesandprocedures.AProduction LeadperformsthedutiesofasupervisorwhenassignedbytheStoreManagerorProduction Manager.ProductionLeadsmayactinasupervisorycapacityduringscheduledworkhours.

• 1. Toreachproductiongoalguidelines(minimumof110garmentsperhourwitha minimum quality standard of 90%).
• 2. Toensureproperproductionofdonationsgetprocessedandreadytoputonthestorefloor.
• 3. Toactasapositiverolemodelforemployeesandtraineesinallaspectsofprofessionalperformance.
• 4. Toproducedonatedgoodsinthebackroomadequately.Tocreateapositivepublic image of Goodwill through a clean store environment, attractive displays and presentable, personable personnel.
• 5. Tomaintainsafeandappropriateconditions intheback-roomarea.
• 6. Tokeepthestorecleanandhazardfreebyvacuuming,moppinganddusting, (including cleaning the bathrooms.)
• 7. Toobservepersonnelandsafetypoliciesandprocedures.Toensurecomplianceby ProductionAssociates.
• 8. Tobeableto perform the jobduties ofthe ProductionAssociates.

• 4. MustsuccessfullycompleteRetail training.

Working Conditions:

Frequent physical exertion, frequent movement, conditioned indoor temperatures with occasional exposure to outdoor temperatures and weather conditions. Alternate work schedule may include working at an attended donation center with no prior notice.
