Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience; or Associate’s degree with 7+ years; or 9+ years in manufacturing/logistics environments.
• Five years of experience in manufacturing or logistics/distribution.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Read and interpret safety rules and operation/maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety policies and ensure adherence.
• Plan daily task assignments and weekly schedules.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machines, and equipment.
• Promote continuous productivity improvement and cost control.
• Train new employees on safety policies and procedures.
