• Backroom donation processing and store presentation to reflect a positive image.
• Maintain safe, clean back-room areas and hazard-free store conditions.
• Keep the store clean and hazard-free; vacuum, mop, dust, bathrooms.

Essential Functions: Responsibilities: To assistwiththeday-to-daystoreoperationandproductionperformancetomeetorexceed budgetwhileincompliancewithcompanystandards,policiesandprocedures.AProduction LeadperformsthedutiesofasupervisorwhenassignedbytheStoreManagerorProduction Manager.ProductionLeadsmayactinasupervisorycapacityduringscheduledworkhours.

Responsibilities

• 1. Toreachproductiongoalguidelines(minimumof110garmentsperhourwitha minimum quality standard of 90%).
• 2. Toensureproperproductionofdonationsgetprocessedandreadytoputonthestorefloor.
• 3. Toactasapositiverolemodelforemployeesandtraineesinallaspectsofprofessionalperformance.
• 4. Toproducedonatedgoodsinthebackroomadequately.Tocreateapositivepublic image of Goodwill through a clean store environment, attractive displays and presentable, personable personnel.
• 5. Tomaintainsafeandappropriateconditions intheback-roomarea.
• 6. Tokeepthestorecleanandhazardfreebyvacuuming,moppinganddusting, (including cleaning the bathrooms.)
• 7. Toobservepersonnelandsafetypoliciesandprocedures.ToensurecompliancebyProductionAssociates.
• 8. Tobeableto perform the jobduties oftheProductionAssociates.
• 9. Toattendworkontheregularlyscheduledshiftsasassignedbythemanagerfortheweek.

• 6. Mustbeabletouserepetitivehandmovementwhenbuttoning,sorting,hangingand zipping garments.
• 7. Mustbeabletoengageinprolongedstanding,walkingandinfrequentbending, stooping, and stretching.
• 8. Mustbeabletofunctioninafast-pacedworkenvironmentwithoccasionalperiodsof high volume.

Requirements

• 1. HighSchooldiplomaorGEDand6monthssupervisoryexperienceoraminimumof 90 days in the service industry.
• 2. Mustbeabletoread,writeandcommunicateclearlyinEnglish.
• 3. Priorworkexperience intheserviceindustrypreferred.
• 4. MustsuccessfullycompleteRetailtraining.

Working Conditions

Frequentphysicalexertion,frequentmovement,conditionedindoortemperatureswithoccasional exposure to outdoor temperatures and weather conditions. Alternate work schedule may include working at an attended donation center with no prior notice.
