• Attend scheduled shifts and support supervisors as needed.

Essential Functions: Responsibilities: To assistwiththeday-to-daystoreoperationandproductionperformancetomeetorexceed budgetwhileincompliancewithcompanystandards,policiesandprocedures.AProduction LeadperformsthedutiesofasupervisorwhenassignedbytheStoreManagerorProduction Manager.ProductionLeadsmayactinasupervisorycapacityduringscheduledwork hours.

• To reach production goal guidelines(minimumof110garmentsperhourwitha minimum quality standard of 90%).
• Toensureproperproductionofdonationsgetprocessedandreadytoputonthestorefloor.
• Toactasapositiverolemodelforemployeesandtraineesinallaspectsofprofessionalperformance.
• Toproducedonatedgoodsinthebackroomadequately.Tocreateapositivepublic image of Goodwill through a clean store environment, attractive displays and presentable, personable personnel.
• Tomaintainsafeandappropriateconditions intheback-roomarea.
• Tokeepthestorecleanandhazardfreebyvacuuming,moppinganddusting, (including cleaning the bathrooms.)
• Toobservepersonnelandsafetypoliciesandprocedures.ToensurecompliancebyProductionAssociates.
• Tobeableto perform the jobduties oftheProductionAssociates.
• Toattendworkontheregularlyscheduledshiftsasassignedbythemanagerfortheweek.

Requirements

• HighSchooldiplomaorGEDand6monthssupervisoryexperienceoraminimumof 90 days in the service industry.
• Mustbeabletoread,writeandcommunicateclearlyinEnglish.
• Priorworkexperienceintheserviceindustrypreferred.
• MustsuccessfullycompleteRetailtraining.

Working Conditions

Frequent physical exertion, frequent movement, conditioned indoor temperatures with occasional exposure to outdoor temperatures and weather conditions. Alternate work schedule may include working at an attended donation center with no prior notice.
