Job summary

Hydrafacial LLC is seeking a Production Inventory Coordinator to ensure materials flow to production lines on schedule and are accurately issued and recorded. This on-site role supports manufacturing operations with a focus on keeping stock aligned with production needs.

You will manage cycle counts, close work orders, and coordinate with the inventory control team to resolve discrepancies. ISO 13485 familiarity and experience with NetSuite/WMS are valued as part of your qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or material handling in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and diagrams.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving and team collaboration.
• Preferred 1+ year in manufacturing or assembly.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 quality systems.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Issue and record materials, equipment, and returns for production teams, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform daily cycle counts to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Close work orders accurately and on time in the inventory management system.
• Receive, store, and organize incoming materials and supplies in designated locations.
• Ensure adequate stock levels for production requirements and initiate reorder requests as needed.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with the inventory control team.
• Use inventory management software to track stock movements and update transactions in real time.
• Support Engineering with material revisions, BOM updates, and workstation material changes.
• Prepare requisitions for tools, repairs, and material replenishment.
• Keep work areas and material storage locations organized and compliant with 5S standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
