Job summary

DIME Beauty Co LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain inventory accuracy across finished goods, fulfillment supplies, and multi-channel operations. This role collaborates with Operations leadership to ensure stock integrity, timely replenishment, and readiness for launches.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, FIFO compliance, PO receipts, SKU data maintenance in the WMS, and cross-functional support for efficient fulfillment. Proficiency in Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain environments.
• Strong understanding of FIFO, cycle counting, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels across warehouse zones and identify shortages, discrepancies, and aged inventory.
• Manage FIFO compliance and oversee stock rotation based on lot numbers and expiration dates.
• Perform inventory reconciliations, adjustments, and root cause analysis for variances and damages.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain timelines for completion.
• Maintain SKU-level data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Audit reserve and active inventory zones for accuracy.
