UNAVAILABLE is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control role to monitor and maintain inventory levels. You will handle work orders, BOMs, and daily reconciliation with production and distribution centers.

The position involves data entry, reporting, and collaboration with multiple teams to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing. Physical inventory and lifting requirements are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of work-related experience.
• Must occasionally lift up to 40 pounds; sit, walk, stand, and bend regularly.

Responsabilités

• Monitor work orders from initiation to completion.
• Accurately manage work orders including status updates, follow-up and invoicing preparation.
• Prepare work orders and process revisions.
• Investigate and resolve work order issues with Customer Service, Production and DCs.
• Prepare and review open work order reports.
• Track doors with production to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Create and maintain Bills of Material; set up new BOM options.
• Monitor inventory items for negatives and coordinate with DCs on replenishments.
• Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts; reconcile weekly inventory reports.
• Process inventory transfers from corporate to DCs.
