Job summary

Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions’ Advanced Laser Systems Technology unit in Orlando is seeking a Production WIP Coordinator. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Supply Chain/Manufacturing preferred.
• 4+ years in manufacturing, inventory control, or production planning.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Infor, Syteline, Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) preferred.
• Experience with cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits preferred.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor WIP inventory across manufacturing operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/MRP systems.
• Coordinate material movement between production departments.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shortages.
• Support production scheduling with material availability.
• Generate WIP reports to identify bottlenecks and issues.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Planning, and Quality teams.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Update management with production status reports.
• Assist month-end inventory reconciliation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement for inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency.
• Utilize Excel and reporting tools to analyze data.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities.
