Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist the sales team with product recommendations, quotes, and order processing. This role emphasizes fast response to customer needs, relationship building, and timely communications.

Based in Minnesota, the position supports customers with plumbing, appliances and lighting products and coordinates deliveries. A background in sales or customer service is preferred, with familiarity in CRM systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
Experience in plumbing, appliances and lighting is a plus.
Exhibit strong sales skills, including upselling.
Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and to make timely decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales associates to determine the best products and solutions for customers.
Manage builder accounts throughout the sales process.
Provide personalized customer service with timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
Answer sales calls, provide information, and resolve customer questions.
