Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises is hiring Sales Support Representatives to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. You will work with Sales teams to determine the best products, provide timely quotes and accurate orders, and coordinate deliveries while using our CRM system.

Candidates with 0–3 years of sales or customer service experience, and knowledge of plumbing or related trades, are preferred.

Qualifications

0–3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
Experience in plumbing or other trades is a plus.
Prior experience with Salesforce and Genesis phone systems preferred.
Strong sales skills and ability to upsell.
Respond quickly to customer needs and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to learn product knowledge and processes quickly.
Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales associates to determine best products and solutions.
Provide personalized service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
Handle sales calls for information, address concerns, and resolve questions.
Effectively use CRM and phone systems to manage customer interactions.
