Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• 3–5 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting knowledge preferred.
• Strong sales skills, including upselling and fast decision making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support customer needs with best products and solutions with Sales.
• Provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders for personalized service.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls and resolve customer questions using CRM/phone system.
