Job summary

Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. The role involves supporting sales associates, providing quotes and placing sales orders, and coordinating deliveries for customers.

Most candidates will have 3–5 years in sales or customer service and knowledge of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fittings. The position offers an hourly rate with a 6-month warehouse training period.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting knowledge required.
• Exhibit strong sales skills including upselling.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales associates to determine best products and solutions.
• Provide personalized customer service through quotes and sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls and address customer questions.
