Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking an entry-level Supervisor in Charge to oversee facility operations, guest service, and staff coordination. The role includes supervising retail and production activities, ensuring adherence to ESGW policies, and conducting routine reporting and inventory tasks.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of experience, High School equivalency, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
• Standing, walking, and lifting up to 100 pounds as needed.
• Ability to perform all requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retail and/or production activities to meet production and sales goals.
• Ensure policy adherence and uniform practice across the facility.
• Provide superior guest service and handle guest transactions promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and correct errors per procedures.
• Assist with inventory control, rack maintenance, and product rotations.
• Complete administrative tasks including reports, opening/closing procedures, and stock reporting.
