Smithfield Packaged Meats Corp is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the front lines of our Nashville area facility. You will manage daily production, ensure safety, quality, and alignment with targets, and coach a team to meet goals.

You'll monitor yields, implement real-time adjustments, and lead safety audits while maintaining HACCP/USDA standards. This on-site role offers relocation support and opportunities to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience leading and training staff or managing a process.
• Strong written and oral communication and analytical skills.
• Motivating, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Willing to work long hours and weekends; travel up to 5%.

• Maintain product quality by following food safety plans and SOPs.
• Track yields, efficiencies, and variances to improve workflows.
