Job summary

ASML US, LLC in Wilton, CT is seeking a Team Lead First Line Support Production Engineer to oversee the First Line Support team on the Wilton Shop Floor. You will guide troubleshooting, coordinate daily activities, and ensure safety, quality and on-time execution across production lines.

Responsibilities include coaching, escalation management, and presenting shift reports to leadership, with a compressed 12-hour shift from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a high-tech production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading daily work coordination and shift execution.
• Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis and containment skills.
• Experience coaching and mentoring engineers/technicians.
• Ability to communicate risks and recovery plans across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee First Line Support personnel during shift to align resources with production priorities.
• Provide technical guidance and drive timely resolution of production issues.
• Coordinate tasks, prioritize and ensure safety, quality and production standards.
