Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering with 2+ years in production or manufacturing engineering.
5+ years in high-tech production with people management or complex project experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee First Line Support during the assigned shift to align resources with production priorities and safety.
Provide technical guidance and drive timely resolution of production issues.
Coordinate tasks across the shift to meet safety, quality, and production targets.
Serve as primary shift contact for escalation, resource alignment, and cross-functional communication.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and maintain workflow, quality, and cycle time expectations.
Coach and mentor team members and ensure training follows established guidelines.
Escalate structural issues to the Competency Production Engineering team and propose solutions.
Present daily shift reports and production status to support decision-making.
