Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or science with 2+ years in production/manufacturing.
• Experience leading daily work coordination and shift execution.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities.
• Experience coaching engineers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee First Line Support during the assigned shift aligning resources to production priorities and technical needs.
• Provide technical support by guiding troubleshooting activities and driving timely resolution of production issues.
• Coordinate shift tasks to ensure safety, quality, and production standards are met.
