Job summary

R365hire is seeking a motivated Production Dough Crew member to support bakery operations. You will assist leadership in running production, managing prep, and quality control for bakery programs.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to safety and quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction and product integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and safe handling practices.
• Ability to train and educate team members on procedures and standards.
• Experience with hot and cold line production is preferred.

Shift Times:

10am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute production daily and manage the teams productivity

• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours per shift in an environment with extreme temperatures
• Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position
• Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
