Job summary

Refined Restaurant Group is seeking a motivated Production Dough Crew member to join our bakery operation. You will support leadership in running production, managing prep, and ensuring quality across all bakery programs.

Shift times are 10am - 6pm. You will train staff on safety regulations and maintain high standards for product quality and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of food service regulations.
• Organized with strong time management and efficiency in hot and cold line production.
• Able to stand 8+ hours per shift in extreme temperatures.
• Skilled with hand tools or machines used in production.
• Able to lift, carry, or pull heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute production daily and manage the team’s productivity.
• Educate and train team members in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and safety regulations.
• Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure standards are met.
• Perform all duties of kitchen employees as necessary.
• Achieve and maintain company and brand standards for quality and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure security and proper storage of food and beverage products, inventory and equipment; replenish supplies timely while minimizing waste.
