You will be reporting into the General Manager and lead a team of production leads and team members. This is a full‑time salaried position, the work schedule may vary based on production demands, so we ask for flexibility with your availability.

  • Ensure team members follow company policies, GMPs, food safety requirements, sanitation standards, and workplace safety expectations.
  • Monitor product quality throughout the shift to help ensure finished goods meet company specifications and customer expectations.
  • Identify production concerns, communicate issues timely, and help support corrective actions with urgency.

  • Support accurate completion of production reports, shift documentation, downtime tracking, labor reporting, and other required records.
  • Help monitor labor usage, waste, downtime, materials, and inventory needs to support efficient production flow.
  • Communicate equipment issues to Maintenance and assist with minimizing downtime when production interruptions occur.
  • Encourage a positive, team‑oriented work environment built on communication, accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.
  • Support process improvement efforts that help increase productivity, reduce waste, improve safety, and strengthen overall production performance.
Required Qualifications

  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to respond quickly to production, staffing, quality, or equipment concerns.
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to identify quality, safety, equipment, or process concerns.
  • Basic understanding of production processes, GMPs, food safety practices, sanitation expectations, and workplace safety requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple shift priorities, including production goals, labor assignments, breaks, documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Ability to adapt to changing production needs, staffing levels, equipment issues, and business priorities.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, or production reporting systems.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, bakery, or food manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Prior lead, trainer, or supervisory experience in a production environment preferred.
  • Experience working in a high‑volume food manufacturing or bakery environment preferred.
  • Experience with production reporting, labor tracking, inventory support, downtime tracking, or quality documentation preferred.
