Production Crew Leader

Who you are:

CNC experience, dependable, team player, strong leader, good communication skills, and someone with attention to detail.

What you will be doing:

• Leading a team of loaders.
• Assisting with loading trucks with glass and aluminum products for delivery to customers.
• Verifying order accuracy.
• Ensuring loading practices and safety standards are followed.
• This is a hands-on role; ability to lift 75 lbs unassisted is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is required.
• CNC experience is required.

Skills you bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of CNC controls, operation, and processes.
• Basic Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
