Job Overview

Location: 76 Acco Drive, York, PA 17402

We are excited to welcome an Industrial Maintenance Technician to our York, PA team! Our manufacturing facility produces high-quality sports flooring. Your role is to ensure all machinery and equipment operate efficiently, supporting our Machine Operators and enhancing production processes. Internally, this role is referred to as Electro-Mechanics.

Work Schedule

1st Shift: Monday - Friday with occasional overtime on Saturdays
Hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay Range: $27.00 - $38.00/hour, based on experience

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair machines used in sports flooring production and supporting equipment.
• Perform regular and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose malfunctions and determine appropriate repairs.
• Collaborate with Machine Operators to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain physical structures, including basic plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and groundskeeping, such as snow removal.
• Work with NC and CNC controls, PLC hardware/software, control circuits, electro-mechanical systems, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electromechanics or related field, or an apprenticeship in Electromechanical Maintenance, or a high school diploma/GED with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years experience with controls wiring (120/240/480 volts), AC/DC motor drives, multimeters, oscilloscopes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to operate a box truck or flatbed with manual or automatic transmission.
