RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC in New York City is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage communications with factories, track production lifecycle, and ensure retailers' requirements are met. You will collaborate with Design and Tech, monitor submissions and timelines, and maintain accurate status reports.

A strong sense of urgency, multi-tasking, and organization are essential. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in apparel production and working knowledge of tech packs; proficiency with PLM

• 5+ years of experience in apparel production.

• Working knowledge of tech packs and apparel.
• Proficient with computers and standard office software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters.
• Track lifecycle of all styles in production.
• Ensure retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, testing are followed.
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Track submits, approvals, timeline and production status with Time and Action reports and daily factory emails.
• Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs and sample submissions with Design and Tech departments; relay comments to factories.
• Facilitate approvals with retailers and licensors and maintain communications with their teams.
• Ensure all testing compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters
• Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production
• Followretailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testingcompliance

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
