Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking a Production Coordinator in New York to manage factory communications and track the lifecycle of all styles in production. The role requires enforcing retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, and testing, while monitoring status via daily emails and the PLM system.

The candidate should have strong multitasking abilities, a sense of urgency, and experience with tech packs and apparel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in apparel production.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with factories on production matters.
• Track lifecycle of styles in production.
• Ensure retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, testing.
• Monitor production and delivery status via daily emails and PLM system.
• Generate reports on Time and Action, Work in Process, and daily factory updates.
• Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs, and samples with Design and Tech and relay feedback.
• Manage approvals to retailers and licensors.
• Ensure testing compliance.

Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters
• Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production
• Followretailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testingcompliance

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
