Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a Production Coordinator in New York. You will manage factory communications, track production lifecycles, and ensure compliance with retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, and tests.

Responsibilities include maintaining PLM-based status updates, coordinating line submissions and approvals, and relaying feedback between design, tech, and factories to keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in apparel production

Responsibilities

• Track submits, approvals, timelines and production status with Time and Action reports and daily factory emails.
• Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs and samples with Design/Tech; relay comments to factories.
• Submit for approval to retailers and licensors; communicate with their teams.
• Ensure all testing compliance.

• Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production
• Followretailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testingcompliance

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
