Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage factory communications and track the lifecycle of each style in production. The role requires coordinating with retailers, licensors, and internal teams to ensure color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, and testing meet specs.

You will monitor daily progress via PLM systems and Time and Action reports, ensuring timely submissions and approvals while maintaining strong organization and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in apparel production.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters.
• Track lifecycle of all styles in production.
• Ensure adherence to retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, testing.
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Track submits, approvals, and timeline with Time and Action, Work in Process, and daily factory emails.
• Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs and submits to Design and Tech, communicating comments back to factories.
• Coordinate approvals to retailers and licensors and maintain ongoing communication with their teams.
• Ensure compliance with testing requirements.

• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testingcompliance

Qualifications:
