Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Production Coordinator in New York to manage communications with factories on production issues and monitor the lifecycle of styles in production. The role requires adherence to retailer specs for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, and testing, with daily follow-ups via email and the PLM system.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in apparel production, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, working well with teams

Responsibilities

• Communicate with factories on production-related matters.
• Track the lifecycle of all styles in production.
• Ensure retailers' color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, and testing requirements are followed.
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and the PLM system.
• Manage Time and Action, Work in Process, and daily factory status reports.

Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters
• Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production
• Followretailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testingcompliance

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
