Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage communications with factories, track the lifecycle of each style in production, and ensure adherence to color, artwork, fabrics, and samples. The role requires coordinating with retailers and licensors and maintaining strict timelines through daily emails and PLM systems.

You will oversee lab dips, strike-offs, and testing submissions, relay feedback to Design and Tech teams, and monitor overall production status with Time and Action

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in apparel production.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters.
• Track the lifecycle of all styles in production.
• Follow retailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing.
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Track submits, approvals and timeline and production status with Time and Action, Work in Process, and daily emails with the factory.
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and relay their comments to factories.
• Approve items to Retailers and Licensors and coordinate with their teams.
• Ensure all testing compliance.

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
