ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC in New York seeks a Production Coordinator to oversee factory communications, track the lifecycle of styles, and ensure timely production and testing compliance. You will work closely with design, tech, and retailers to meet color, artwork, and fabric specs, while managing submissions and approvals in PLM.

The role requires strong organizational skills, urgency, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced apparel environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in apparel production.
• Experience with tech packs and apparel a must.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate communications with factories on production topics.
• Track lifecycle of every style in production.
• Ensure retailer specs for color, artwork, fabrics, samples and testing.
• Follow up production status via daily emails and PLM system.
• Track submits, approvals, timelines and statuses with Time and Action and WIP reports.
• Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs and samples with Design/Tech and relay feedback to factories.
• Manage approvals to retailers and licensors and coordinate with their teams.
• Ensure all testing compliance.

Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters
• Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production
• Followretailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testingcompliance

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
