The Recruiting Hive in New York is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage communication with factories, track styles in production, and ensure adherence to color, artwork, fabrics, and testing requirements.

You will use PLM systems and daily emails to monitor status, coordinate submissions, approvals, and timelines, and liaise with Design and Tech departments to pass feedback to factories. 5+ years in apparel production preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in apparel production.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with factories on all production matters.
• Track lifecycle of styles in production.
• Ensure adherence to retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, and testing.
• Follow production and delivery status via daily emails and the PLM system.
• Produce and manage Time and Action, Work in Process, and daily factory status reports.
• Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs, and sample submissions with Design and Tech teams.

Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters
• Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production
• Followretailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testingcompliance

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
