Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage communications with factories, track the lifecycle of styles in production, and ensure adherence to retailer specs for color, artwork, fabrics, samples and testing.

You will follow up on production and delivery status via daily emails and the PLM system, prepare Time and Action and Work in Process reports, coordinate lab dips and sample submissions with Design and Tech, and relay approvals to retailers and licensors

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apparel production experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production communications with factories.
• Track lifecycle of styles in production.
• Ensure retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, and testing are met.
• Follow up on production and delivery status via daily emails and PLM system.
• Produce Time and Action, Work in Process and daily emails with the factory.
• Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs and sample submissions with Design and Tech and relay comments to factories.
• Obtain approvals to retailers and licensors and follow up with their teams.
• Ensure all testing compliance.

Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters
• Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production
• Followretailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testingcompliance

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
