Ashton North LLC is seeking a Production Coordinator to streamline our apparel production process. You will manage factory communications, track styles in production, and ensure adherence to retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, and testing.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of apparel production experience, strong multitasking, teamwork, urgency, and solid organizational skills. Proficiency with tech packs, PLM systems, and detailed reporting is required.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of apparel production experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate communication with factories on production matters.
• Track lifecycle of all styles in production.
• Ensure retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, and testing.
• Monitor production and delivery status via emails and PLM system.
• Produce Time and Action, Work in Process, and daily production status reports.
• Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs, and sample submissions with Design and Tech.
• Manage approvals and follow up with retailers and licensors.
• Ensure testing compliance.

Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters
• Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production
• Followretailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testingcompliance

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
