Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Production Coordinator in New York to manage factory communications and oversee production timelines for apparel lines. You will track lifecycle stages, ensure adherence to color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, and testing requirements, and maintain daily status updates through PLM systems.

The role requires strong prioritization, multi-tasking, and collaboration with design, tech, and retailers to ensure timely delivery and compliance across all production

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in apparel production.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication to factories on production matters.
• Track lifecycle of styles in production.
• Ensure compliance with retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, testing.
• Follow up on production and delivery status via daily emails and PLM system.
• Produce Time and Action, Work in Process reports and daily factory emails.
• Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs and samples with Design and Tech, relay comments to factories.
• Submit items to retailers and licensors and coordinate with their teams.
• Ensure all testing compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters
• Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production
• Followretailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testingcompliance

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
