Sodexo is seeking a Production Cook in Atlanta to prepare, portion, cook, and plate a variety of hot and cold items for all meals and events, following Sodexo culinary standards. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring safety, quality, and consistency while maintaining a clean workstation and supporting the culinary team.

The role requires basic food-handling knowledge, ability to read recipes, and flexibility to work any shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to read and follow recipes unsupervised.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold foods for all meal periods and events per Sodexo standards.
• Follow recipes and product directions for all menu items.
• Estimate production needs and requisition supplies and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and comply with safety standards.
