This fast-paced kitchen role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work with a team to ensure food safety and sanitation. Training and benefits are provided; interview will cover specifics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 0–2 years related food service experience
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food-handling procedures
• Ability to read and follow a recipe unsupervised
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to recipes and standards for hot and cold items
• Follow basic recipes and product directions for preparation and serving
• Estimate production requirements and requisition supplies and equipment
